The old quarter in Hanoi is over one thousand years old and today retains much of the old flavor that made the area special in earlier times, each street was the exclusive domain of one trade (guilds) so there are whole streets of blacksmiths, silver shops, paper shops, headstone makers and more.

Pick up from the train station, this morning, we have already arranged a room in a mini hotel for you to have a shower and breakfast. We start at 8.00 A.M for the 3-hour drive (170 km) through the Red River Delta, which offers plenty of chances for taking photos of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy fields. At halfway, we’ll visit to a handicraft workshop with fine clothes, embroidered paintings, stone statuettes, and all kinds of gems mined in Vietnam such as star rubies or sapphires… Our destination is the World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay. The bay offers some 3000 mountain islands and islets towering in the Gulf of Tonkin in the East Vietnam Sea.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed on board our luxury junk and treated with wine and fresh local seafood. As our junk glides further into the tranquility of Ha Long Bay amid the towering mountain cliffs and on the emerald green water, you’ll have a relaxing time combining the fine tastes of the wine and the freshness of Ha Long Bay. During the cruise, we’ll stop sometime to visit the amazing Sung Sot cave and the Ti Top white sand beach before anchoring for the night. Overnight on board the junk in the wild of Halong Bay.

Around noon, our junk travels back to the harbor, picks up, and drives back to Hanoi. Stop in Hai Duong to visit the famous Con Son pagoda.

Transfer back to Hanoi Airport for your afternoon flight to Hue. Pick up and transfer to your hotel, evening free at leisure in Hue.

Up to now, there is no place like Hue where a lot of original historical vestiges in this ancient Capital City and a favorite destination for all Vietnam Tours. After breakfast, our tour starts with a visit to Imperial Citadel before taking the beautiful boat trip on the romantic Perfume River and visiting Hue’s best-known religious site – Thien Mu Pagoda and the Mausoleum of former emperor Minh Mang in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes.

Then, we drive to Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle have changed little over the years. This scenic drive passes through the fishing village of Lang Co before climbing over the Pass of Ocean Clouds. Along the way, stop in Danang to visit the Cham Museum, which contains the finest collection of Cham sculptures in the world.

Spend a day leisurely cycling through the scenic countryside of Vietnam, far from the traffic the motor scooters, and the noises the city. You will cross the islands on the Song Thu River delta using local transportation, including ferries and floating bridges…

This tour will take you on a visit to Thanh Ha pottery village; discover the daily life of the villagers..View the various stages of producing the many kinds of pottery products like jars, vases, pots, earthen pots, decorative lamps, and so on. Continue to visit Kim Bong carpenters’ village, listen to the village’s history visit the shipbuilding yards, and see the handicrafts and sculptures. At lunchtime, you will be invited into the home of a local Vietnamese family for a traditional Vietnamese meal, and learn their customs and traditions. After you have relaxed for a while under the shade of a coconut tree, you will begin your return towards Hoi An, which will take about an hour.

7h30AM We pick you up at your hotel start to Can Gio, and cross the Nha Be River on the Binh Khanh Ferry. About 50 km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City, the Can Gio Forest was recognized as the first mangrove biosphere reserve in Vietnam by UNESCO in 2000. Covering an area of 75,740 ha, this area is a lively world of diverse flora and fauna which has inspired biologists and nature lovers alike.

• Visiting Can Gio Museum. The exhibits show the biodiversity of the mangrove forest and introduce the heroes who fought for independence and their battles.

• Visiting monkey.

• Take a boat or canoe to visit the Vam Sat Salt-Marsh Forest Ecological Tourist Zone which contains the most beautiful forests of Can Gio which is one of the world’s Salt-Marsh biosphere preserves. Historically, this land had been damaged by toxic chemicals that turned the zone into an uninhabited land. Thanks to the hard work of people, the forest has gradually recovered, and its beauty and magnificence features have been returned.

08:00 Tour guide picks you up in your hotel lobby, then drives 90 km (2hrs) to Ben Tre. The boat will cruise along the Ham Luong River (a branch of the Mekong) and stop off at various local workplaces including a brickworks, a coconut processing workshop, and a mat weaving house. The boat will then stop at a quiet village where you can have a short walk to experience real Delta village life, boarding your Xe Loi (a kind of motorized rickshaw) and stopping at a riverside restaurant for a delicious and filling lunch, featuring such local specialties as elephant-ear fish and river shrimp.

After lunch, it’s time to board a sampan for a relaxing trip along narrow canals. You will get back to the river to board your boat. Then, we will head back to Saigon and arrive at your hotel at around 17:00.
