Itinerary
Morning
Check in at Halong International Habor then transfer by tender to get on cruise. Enjoy welcome drinks and cruise briefing.
Afternoon
Savor lunch when the ship starts cruising to Bai Tu Long Bay. Stop at Cong Do Area for kayaking and exploring the pristine beauty of the bay. Back to the junk and admire the beautiful sunset from the top deck. Take part in a cooking demonstration or order some favorite drinks from the bar.
Evening
Enjoy dinner at 19:15. Night squid fishing is available after dinner.
Morning Wake up early for sunrise and morning Tai Chi session on sundeck. Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea and pastries. Visit Vung Vieng floating fishing village by sampan boat. Return and get ready for check-out. Enjoy a buffet brunch while the cruise goes back to the harbor. Disembark at around 10:45 – 11:00 am.

Policy
- Check in on board: 12:15pm
- Check out: 11:35am
- Return Hanoi: 2:30pm
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $20/person if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2024 and Lunar New Year 2025 (28, 29, 30, 31/1/2025).
- Shuttle bus: $30/pax/round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- On the second day you will travel on day boat and do not have access to mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
