Our professional tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter for your transfer to Ninh Binh.

Stop along the way for a short 15–20 minute break to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or enjoy a quick snack.

Arrive in Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital from 968 to 1010. Visit the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, and learn more about the country’s rich history during the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

Enjoy a 30-minute cycling tour to explore the local villages and experience everyday life in the countryside. Alternatively, you can relax at the restaurant and take in the views of the nearby lake, waterfall, and valleys.

Indulge in a buffet lunch of local Ninh Binh specialties at the private area of our Trang An Heritage Garden. Vegetarian options are available.

Option 1: Tam Coc
Embark on a 1.5-hour boat trip along the peaceful Ngo Dong River, passing vibrant rice paddies, dramatic limestone karsts, and exploring a series of caves including Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba. Tam Coc is often referred to as “Halong Bay on land” for its breathtaking scenery. -
Option 2: Trang An
Cruise through the spectacular waterways of Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014. This 1.5-hour boat journey takes you through a stunning network of caves and tunnels, famously featured in the 2016 movie Kong: Skull Island.

Depart Ninh Binh and begin your journey back to Hanoi.
