Welcome to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam! You will be greeted by our tour guide and transferred directly to the hotel in Hanoi.
Check-in time at the hotel is at 2:00 pm, and in case you would like to secure an early check-in, an additional charge will be applied.

Free time in Hanoi, you are advised to watch cultural shows such as My Village, Water puppet show or take part in optional tours such as Hanoi Street Food Tour & Hanoi Cooking Class Half Day

Hanoi city tour

Begin the first day of the trip with a tour of Hanoi. You will depart from the hotel to Vietnam’s first university: the Temple of Literature. Then, continue to visit the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, nearby the Mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, and his modest house on stilts. (Sites are viewed from outside; closed Mon and Fri and from Jun – Aug)

Following is the visit to the picturesque West Lake and its sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda.

After that, you can enjoy a meal at an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant.

Night train to Lao Cai

Picked up at the hotel in Hanoi around 21:00, then transferred to Hanoi train station for an overnight train to Lao Cai. You will be staying in a shared sleeping compartment that night. It is a 4 berth compartment, with 2 lower & 2 upper berths per compartment. Train departs at approximately 21:35.

– Our tour guide will not accompany during the train trip

– Train schedule is subject to change.

– You can request private compartments on request at a surcharge.

– Train journeys are part of a great local experience. Cabins are shared with other local passengers, restrooms at either end of the carriages complete the local experience.

Around 5:30: You will arrive at Lao Cai Train Station. Get picked up at the train station and transfer to Sapa by a tourist shared bus. After about one hour’s transfer, you will arrive in Sapa. Early check-in upon arrival is possible upon room occupancy (Surcharge applicable).

Around 9:30, the local tour guide comes to pick up you for the trekking tour. You will trek on the small path down the valley to Y Linh Ho, then head to Lao Chai village, where the Black Hmong live. You can see many beautiful landscapes on the way to these villages.

After the visit to these villages, you continue to trek to Ta Van village which is 1200 m above the sea, and be home to Zay people. Then, the car will return you to Sapa. Free at leisure the rest of the day. Overnight at Sapa Hotel.

In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel and then check out.

Start to trek down to the South-west of Sapa, and visit Cat Cat Village, the village of the Black H’mong. There, you can admire the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station which was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam.

Following is the picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then continue trekking 3 km to Sin Chai Village.

You then can come back to the main road, get transferred to Sapa town on a jeep for 3 km. The sharing limousine bus will transfer you back to Hanoi.

After breakfast at the hotel, the driver picks up and transfers to Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the boat crew and then will be able to check-in. After that, it is lunchtime to enjoy a delicious local seafood lunch served on board while the boat cruises along the bay.

Following lunch and break, depending on each cruise’s itinerary of the day, you are able to take part in some activities on the boat including visiting a cave, doing kayaking, or swimming in the sea

Getting back to the junk, you can relax, have dinner. Stay an overnight on board.

On the second day in Halong Bay, you can get up early to join Tai Chi Class on board, or just witness the amazing sunrise on the bay. Following is breakfast time while the boat keeps cruising along the bay to explore the most stunning caves here.

Early lunch will be served on the way you get back to the main dock. Disembarking the cruise, you will be transferred back to Hanoi. Drop off at the hotel in Hanoi or at the train station.

You then take the night train to Danang.

You will arrive in Da Nang around noon. Upon arrival, the driver will transfer you to the hotel in Hoian for check-in.

About 15:00 PM, we start our street food tour. On the walking foodie tour, you have the chance to discover not only Hoi An cuisine but also the culture. Our tour starts around sunset, and will walk you through local cafes, food stalls, markets, and restaurants, taste the delicious food here.

We try many Hoi An traditional dishes, including Banh Mi, Cao Lau, Banh Beo, Banh Khot, Balut, Local coffee

After the tour, you have free at the Ancient Town or go back to the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, get picked up for the cycling day to Cam Thanh Ecological village. At the village, you will be greeted by localhost. Then you can join with them on how to grow wet rice.

We to the farming work like plowing and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farm, grinding rice, pounding rice. Then you can join a cruise traveling down a local fishing village. There, you can join with local fishermen with fishing.

Following is the visit to the water coconut palm jungle, enjoy the basket boat rowing.

Lunch will be served at the local house before fishing this day trip.

Have a free day in Hoi An before taking the flight to Ho Chi Minh.

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel in the city center for check-in & relaxation the rest of the day.

In the morning:

Get picked up by the tour guide at the hotel’s lobby, then start the tour to Cu Chi Tunnels, which is about 70km far from Ho Chi Minh City. There, you can visit a collection of underground tunnels and construction, from hospitals, bedrooms to ammunition storage…The visit helps you to understand much more about how real-life during the Civil war (from 1955 to 1975) was. Besides crawling along the tunnel, you can touch a real gun with the firing-gun services here (with an additional charge).

Lunch is served at a local restaurant on the way we return to Ho Chi Minh City.

In the afternoon:

Join Ho Chi Minh city tour to visit many tourists attractions in the city including the War Remnants Museum, the Reunification Palace, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office.

Our last stop would be at a local market where you can practice your bargaining skill, discover the local life and culture while shopping for souvenirs.

Return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Free time for the rest of the day

08.00: Get picked up at your hotel in Saigon for the transfer to Ben Tre Province. You then get on the boat which cruises along the Ham Luong River, a branch of the Mekong.

The boat will stop off at various workplaces where you can see how local people work to make their own living. The stop places include brickwork, a coconut processing workshop, and a mat weaving house.

Continue the trip, the boat will then stop at a quiet village for a short walk to experience real Delta village life. You can get on the bicycle to travel into the forest, visit fruit orchards

Lunch featuring such local specialties as elephant-ear fish and river shrimp will be served at a riverside restaurant.

After lunch and break, it’s time to board a sampan boat for a relaxing trip along narrow canals.

Around 17:00 Back to your hotel in Saigon.

Enjoy your last day in Vietnam before transfer to airport for your flight home.
