1. Coffee Farm Experience:

• Walk through scenic coffee plantations and try your hand at picking ripe coffee cherries during harvest season.

• Learn how to distinguish between Robusta, Arabica, and Moka coffee varieties.

• Discover how coffee plants are cultivated, nurtured, and harvested.

2. Civet Coffee Discovery:

• Understand the origins and unique process of producing civet coffee (Weasel coffee).

• Tour the civet enclosures and learn about their habits and how their droppings are collected for coffee production.

• Get an inside look at Me Linh’s civet coffee-making process.

3. Hands-On Coffee Roasting & Brewing:

• Select your preferred coffee beans (Robusta, Arabica, or Moka).

• Try traditional roasting methods using a manual Lysander roaster.

• Grind your beans and brew your own coffee using Vietnamese phin filters or pour-over techniques.

• Enjoy the fresh coffee you roasted and brewed yourself, guided by Me Linh’s skilled staff.
