My wife and I had a great private day tour of Hanoi with our guide from Adventure Indochina Travel. Our guide was friendly, knowledgable, and spoke English very well. The tour also included a separate driver with a large air conditioned van to ferry us between locations, which was great given how hot and humid it was during our visit.

I visted Adventure Indochina Travel recently after unfortunately misplacing my phone and I couldn't have asked for a better service. I needed to get myself a new sim card and was greeted by Ms Trang who was perfect at explaining my options and before I even knew it had already set up my new sim for me in record time, plus given me a well needed bottle of water on the house. Fantastic service from all the staff and I have been recommending this establishment to everyone I meet.

We booked a hotel in the boat from Judy and it was the best day for us in Hanoi! She also offer us the best price with great service. ( I found out that when I met the other traveller in the boat) She is very patient and nice. We turned out book everything from her. Highly recommended!

First class service! A friend and I were recommended Indochina Travel by a friend who lives in Hanoi.This is a very well operated company with friendly staff.As they laid out the tour options they gave us plenty of time to work out which was the most suitable for us instead of pushing the more expensive options,something which I have experienced previously.We chose a two day(one night) tour to Mai Chau which was fantastic,the accommodation was also first rate as was the food(all inclusive).During the tour Paul was in contact with us both as he wanted to know everything was to our liking.I couldn't recommend this company highly enough.Special thanks also to Paul and Cathy for making the whole experience as straightforward as possible.

Great advice from very helpful staff! I have used this place a couple of times for visas and tickets. It's very easy to get a raw deal in Hanoi when booking trips. Not with Indochina travel, so it's great to see these guys getting the feedback they deserve. They are extremely honest when advising you about buses and prices. I would look no further than Indochina travel when booking a trip in Hanoi.

Reliable Travel agent in Old Quarter There are many travel agents in Hanoi in the old quarter, mostly with fake Sinh cafe or TripAdvisor signs. Adventure Indochina Travel is the real deal however. We booked with their agent Judy a few months before our trip. She customized a Sapa trip for us just the way we wanted it. We were picked up from hotel and brought to the train station and to the train cabin. Everything in Sapa was arranged and she stayed in touch via WhatsApp to check if we were happy along the way. When the train back was not going due to a landslide she arranged a bus and hotel in Hanoi at the last minute. Would book with them and ask for Judy again!

Visa advise and extension I went to Adventure Indochina Travel to get advise about my current tourist visa problem. They solved the problem immediately, were really patient and friendly and they had excellent English! A place worth to recommend.

Trustworthy travel service We were referred to Paul from Adventure Indochina Travel and what a help he was. He guided us through the very best attractions that Vietnam has to offer. He was honest, fair, reliable and never let us down once. Booking overnight buses and the various day tours can be a challenging task but with the help of Paul we had just the most incredible experience. Paul did not try SELL or force packages onto us but rather gave us a host of tips and advice for our month long trip. This type of guidance was just so valuable to us. Bai Tu long bay tour Paul was fantastic at organising our tour. He was very understanding of our wants and was great for keeping in touch. The tour itself was fantastic and good value for money. The Cristina boat was lovely, great food, great company, amazing rooms. We may book a Sapa tour with Ray, couldn’t recommend him and his service enough!

I had a solo vacation in Vietnam on April, 2018, for 2 weeks. May be it is a bit late to write about it but I traveled a lot meanwhile. For Ha Noi area I used Adventure Indochina to plan my trip. Judy - my contact there - was more than helpful, admitting different changes in the programe I asked for. She is an asset for her company, took care that everything goes smoothly and in time. She also speaks a very good English. I want to mention here the guides named Tai and Shrung (I do not know if I spell it correctly, sorry) and the driver Kai, who took care of me during 3 private trips. They were very competent, speak very good English, and offered a lot of information. Kai was an attentive and experienced driver. I was very content with all of them and I would rate my time with them in Ha Noi as "excellent" I truly recommend you this agency, if you want to have a memorable vacation in Ha Noi.

Great street food tour! This 3.5 hour tour was a spectacular way to discover Hanoi’s diverse cuisine. We enjoyed very different meals from beef salad to yoghurt and finishing with an extraordinary egg coffee. Next to the food experience, Tran gave us a lot of insight on Vietnamese society, history and lifestyle. We really recommend this. Thanks again!

We were recommended this company before arriving in hanoi, and have absolutely no regrets about using them. Paul has been absolutely amazing, so so helpful.
